As a professional, I’ve had the honour of working for ICICI Bank. I had been asked by a current ICICI Bank worker to assist them using a recent employee orientation training as part of a regular pattern for all workers.
The difficulty was that the lender did not have a customer support number or an answering service. We set out to create one. This was no easy job because the bank was having a very distinctive system for its inner telephones, so we all could do was locate the phone number for ICICI Bank customer care number and ask that it be put on a call record for a voice message that would remind employees of the telephone number.
The worker that called me was not sure how the call goes. But when he reached the desk and picked up the phone, we started our effort for him to enter the customer care number to the caller ID. He was not able to do this.
He then pulled out his phone to answer it along with the phone made a very nervous laughter. It seemed very much like the same noise an old, broken down speaker would create if it were being pushed up for the very first time in decades. But I was very happy to discover he just went ahead and dialed the phone.
Then we attempted to provide the worker his credit card number, so he can use the customer support number for the billing issues. When he picked up the telephone again, the exact same thing occurred.
We are now hoping to create a hand-held calling device using ICICI Bank’s phone system, which utilizes ICICI Bank’s customer support number along with an answering machine amount. The hand-held calling device will be connected to a software that would generate a normal series of calls to remind employees of the numbers.
If you’re considering using the customer care number at home, it could be tough for you to use it in your home phone. You also need to understand where to go to get your own phone and, of course, the customer care number, particularly once you have several customers to deal with.
Just like most areas on the planet, the lender is not publicly owned and the government has not provided an answering service at the bank. So all you can do is attempt to find out as much as you can about the system before you opt to use it.
